Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (12–15 months)

A leading privately-owned real estate investor and developer, with a broad residential and commercial portfolio across London and the South, is undertaking a major systems transformation, migrating onto MRI Horizon. To support the go-live, they are seeking an experienced Data Migration & Systems Implementation Specialist to join on a fixed-term basis.

The Role

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role at the centre of the MRI Horizon implementation. Working closely with the finance and property management teams, as well as the external MRI implementation partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring a clean, accurate migration and a smooth transition to the new system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Migration & Mapping
    • Cleanse and validate legacy property and tenancy data ahead of migration
    • Map legacy data fields into the new MRI Horizon schema
    • Reconcile migrated data against source systems to confirm accuracy and completeness
    • Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with finance and operational teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
