Interim Deputy Secretary
Our client requires an Interim Deputy Secretary for approximately 3 months, covering a period of temporary absence.
About the Role
Reporting to the GC/Company Secretary and collaborating with a Co Sec Assistant, this role demands an experienced candidate to:
- Lead and support professional services for the company and its affiliated/subsidiary entities.
- Focus on key areas, including:
- Corporate governance
- Board and committee meeting services
- Company secretarial services
- Regulatory and statutory compliance
- Risk management
- Governance and training
The position operates on a hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Central London office and 2 days from home. A full job description is available upon request.

Suitable Candidate Profile
The role is targetted at those who have previously operated at Deputy or Management Executive (No 1) level in a corporate setting and can swiftly assume this level of responsibility, starting immediately.

- CGI qualification and/or experience in Company Secretarial/Statutory Compliance required.
