About the Role

We are working with a professional membership organisation dedicated to advancing the science and practice of a clinical specialty, supporting members across the UK and overseas who hold registered medical or scientific qualifications. This organisation is progressing its three-year strategy and annual plan, embedding a newly established member engagement function, and continuing to strengthen training, professional standards and development across the profession it represents.

We are seeking an Interim Director of Professionalism to provide strategic leadership, governance and oversight across the organisation’s Professionalism directorate for a 12-month period, covering a maternity leave. As a core member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead a broad, multidisciplinary function spanning Clinical Effectiveness, Continuing Professional Development, External Quality Assessment, Member Engagement, Professional Standards, Revalidation and Workforce, bringing coherence and continuity across these interconnected work streams for the benefit of members and the public they serve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
