The Work
Employment mandates we typically work on span the full breadth of contentious and non-contentious employment law, including:
- Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution
- TUPE, restructuring and redundancy
- Senior executive matters and C-suite advisory
- Employment aspects of M&A and corporate transactions
- Day-to-day HR legal support and policy work
- Whistleblowing, discrimination and complex grievance matters
- Industrial relations and trade union work
