Interim Finance Business Partner

Circa £450/day (Outside IR35)
3 Month Contract
London (Hybrid)

We are supporting a high growth, international Tech business in the search for an Interim Finance Business Partner to provide additional support during a key budgeting and planning period.

This is an initial 3 month contract, with the potential to extend depending on business requirement.

Working closely with senior Finance and operational stakeholders, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and business partnering across several areas of the organisation.

The Role

Reporting into the Commercial Finance team, responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting process for a number of business areas.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and financial support.
  • Preparing monthly reporting packs, variance analysis and performance commentary.
  • Supporting financial planning, modelling and scenario analysis.
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities to support business decision making.
  • Developing and improving KPI reporting and management information.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting and planning.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Finance team to deliver accurate and timely reporting.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner who can quickly integrate into a fast-paced commercial environment.

You will ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or FP&A role.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing large data sets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Experience working within a growing, commercially driven organisation.
  • The ability to work independently and make an immediate impact.
