Description
- Prepare and oversee accurate financial reporting and statements.
- Oversee the transactional finance operations of the business.
- Provide financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Support the preparation of audit requirements and liaise with auditors.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance function.

Profile
A Successful Interim Finance Manager Should Have
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong technical accounting skills with experience in financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
