Finance Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)
Beyond Talent Solutions is exclusively partnered with a growing, internationally backed business to appoint a Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role supporting senior leadership and playing a key part in driving financial performance, improving processes, and delivering accurate and timely reporting across the business. You’ll be working closely with UK leadership and international finance teams, so exposure to group reporting and cross-border collaboration will be important.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while supporting strategic decision-making
- Oversight and management of a small finance team
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis and performance insights
- Oversee payroll, invoicing, and transactional accuracy
- Support group reporting and international alignment
- Provide financial insight to support operational decisions
- Work closely with non-finance teams on performance and projects
- Analyse trends to support planning and growth
- Improve processes, controls, and reporting systems
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance
- Support audits and statutory reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

About You

- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager (or similar) role
- Strong accounting knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
- Confident communicating with non-finance stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Strong Excel and systems experience
