Financial Accountant | West London | Hybrid | £300 - £350pd
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accountant to join a well-established international business in a broad Financial Accountant role. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you'll play a key role in month-end reporting, balance sheet management, intercompany accounting, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile key balance sheet accounts, including intercompany balances.
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash management processes.
- Support monthly reporting and forecasting activities.
- Manage intercompany recharges and related accounting processes.
- Prepare month-end journals and reporting packs.
- Support year-end audit and statutory reporting requirements.
- Assist with VAT returns and regulatory submissions.
- Drive process improvements and identify efficiencies across finance operations.

About You:

- Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Minimum three years' experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and month-end processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle or similar.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working to deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders across the business.
