Interim Financial Controller
A leading independent consultancy is seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to provide hands-on leadership of the finance function. The business operates across the planning, development, and property sectors, supporting a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly management reporting and financial controls.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Support the finance team.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and analysis.
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting.
- Coordinate year-end audit and statutory compliance requirements.

About You
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Previous Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager experience.
- Strong background in professional services, consultancy, or project-based environments.
- Commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a growing business.
- Available at short notice or immediately preferred.
