The role

This is an immediately available Interim Financial Controller role, central to getting the business ready for that exit. You will kick off PCAOB audits, lead the ERP implementation, and drive the wider long-term projects needed to bring the finance function up to public company standard.

Ideally you will have been through this before.

What we are looking for

  • Financial Controller experience with genuine exposure to PCAOB audit requirements and IPO or public listing readiness.
  • A track record of leading ERP implementations from evaluation through to go-live.
  • Comfort working at pace on long-term, high-stakes projects with direct visibility to the CFO and Board.
  • Immediate availability is essential.
