Interim FP&A Consultant/Modeller
Senior Finance Business Partner
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed business to appoint a commercially focused Interim FP&A Consultant/Modeller. This is a high-impact role working closely with operational leadership and senior stakeholders, with direct exposure to the CEO, COO, and investors.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys influencing decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Sales team and Operational Heads, providing insightful financial analysis and challenge
- Support senior leadership with decision-making, performance improvement, and strategic planning
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Lead on monthly performance reporting and deliver clear, actionable insights
- Drive improvements in commercial reporting, KPI tracking, and financial processes
- Partner across multiple sites, ensuring consistency and best practice across the business

Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent), ideally from Big 4
- Experience working with transactions, whether in TS or in industry
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role, with strong stakeholder management skills
- Background in private equity-backed or high-growth environments
- Strong financial modelling capability with the ability to interpret and present complex data
- Experience working in multi-site businesses
- Commercially astute with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting

- 3–6-month contract; day rate
