We're supporting a private equity-backed healthcare company with c.£250m annual revenue seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join on an interim basis.
Working closely with the CFO and senior leadership team, you'll lead the planning and analysis function, providing commercial insight, driving forecasting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making across a complex, high-growth business.
The Role
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and enhance financial models to support business performance and investment decisions.
- Produce board packs, KPI reporting and executive-level presentations.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations to challenge performance and identify opportunities.
- Monitor business performance, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Support cash flow forecasting and wider strategic finance initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvements across FP&A processes, reporting and systems.

The Candidate

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience in an FP&A, Commercial Finance or Strategic Finance role.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
- Previous experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
- Confident presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and ERP systems is advantageous.
Available to start immediately or at short notice.
