The Opportunity
We are partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare business to appoint an ambitious and commercially minded FP&A Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing finance team within a dynamic organisation experiencing significant growth and transformation.
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you will play a pivotal role in delivering financial insight, driving strategic decision-making, and supporting the continued development of the business. The successful candidate will be a technically strong finance professional who combines analytical rigour with a commercial mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide actionable insights and challenge assumptions.
- Produce monthly management reporting, KPIs and performance analysis for senior leadership.
- Support board reporting and presentations to key stakeholders.
- Identify risks, opportunities and areas for performance improvement across the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, planning processes and systems.
- Support ad hoc strategic projects, including M&A activity, business cases and investment appraisals where required.

Requirements
- ACA qualified (ideally)
- Previous experience within Transaction Services, Deal Advisory or Financial Due Diligence.
- Experience within healthcare industry is desirable.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations or other strategic projects.
