Interim FP&A Manager - 12-month FTC
Central London - Hybrid Working
PE-Backed Multisite Business
A well-established, private equity-backed consumer business with operations across multiple UK sites is looking to appoint an FP&A Manager on a 12-month FTC. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a high-profile role at a pivotal stage in the company's growth, with responsibility for leading the group's financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and performance reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong FP&A experience who enjoys taking ownership, influencing senior stakeholders, and operating in a commercially focused, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning the group's budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
- Leading the preparation and continual enhancement of detailed cash flow forecasts and liquidity reporting
- Producing monthly board-quality reporting, financial analysis, and performance insights for the Finance Director
- Partnering with operational and senior business stakeholders to challenge performance and support decision-making
- Developing and improving financial models, reporting packs, and Power BI dashboards
- Driving improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting processes, and financial planning capabilities
- Acting as the key point of contact for all FP&A activities across the business

What we're looking for:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong FP&A experience within a commercial, multi-site, or consumer-facing business
- Advanced financial modelling skills, with particular strength in cash flow forecasting
- Strong Power BI and Excel skills
- Confident presenting financial information to senior stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a broad, commercially focused role
