Immediate need for an Interim General Counsel to join a PE-backed, global player in the pharma manufacturing sector on an initial 8 month FTC basis covering for a period of maternity leave.
Fully remote working, part-time - 4 days/week.
Reporting to the US based CEO, you will have a strategic role in advising and supporting the business on:
- complex, cross-border commercial contract negotiation and drafting
- structuring of strategic partnerships and licensing agreements
- acting as an advisory to the Board and Exec on legal risk, commercial, corporate and regulatory matters
- overseeing corporate governance for the Group
- implementing legal strategy in line with business objectives
- manage any complex disputes and employment matters
- lead on legal operations related initiatives
- instruct external counsel when required

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced General Counsel, preferably having worked in a similar environment within pharma, life sciences, manufacturing, supply chain with a global remit. You will bring a depth of technical knowledge coupled with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global organisation.
