Interim Global Head of Marketing – Apadmi
We are seeking a high-impact Interim Global Head of Marketing to act as the architect and driving force behind Apadmi’s international expansion. This is a 6-month interim role for a leadership-minded practitioner who can connect compelling vision with relentless execution, ensuring our global marketing engine is both predictable, scalable, and high-intent.
As the Interim Global Head of Marketing, you will:
- Spearhead Apadmi’s global marketing function, reporting directly to the Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
- Lead a specialised team across UK, Netherlands, and Poland, creating sharper market presence and driving revenue.
- Deliver comprehensive marketing strategy, from M&A brand integrations to optimizing a sophisticated MarTech stack.
- Transform marketing from a support layer into a primary revenue driver.
Key Responsibilities
Scalable Demand Generation
- Execute Advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and lifecycle campaigns tailored to IDC (Ideal Customer Profile).
- Turn high-intent search and social engagement into a reliable revenue pipeline.

- Ensure our messaging aligns with global yet local (GYTL) principles.
Strategic Event Leadership

- Curate owned industry-leading events as key touchpoints for prospect engagement.
Marketing Operations & Intelligence
- Optimise CRM platforms to provide clear attribution insights, driving culture of rapid testing and optimisation.
M&A & Brand Integration
- Lead rebranding and transformation of acquired agencies into the Apadmi ecosystem.
Regional Synergy
- Streamline messaging across UK and Poland, ensuring brand integrity while respecting local nuances.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a confident strategic peer to C-suite execs, translating marketing performance into informed commercial decisions.

Who You Are
This one-of-a-kind leader will need:
- A proven track record in scaling high-growth technology, consulting, or premium digital industries.
- Proficiency as a Leader-practitioner—ready to critique campaigns and drive ROI at scale.
- Expertise managing global marketing teams and regional complexities.
Key Attributes:
- Strategic Practitioner: First-mover mindset with impactful decision-making.
- International Expertise: Experience navigating multi-market scaling with nuanced cultural alignment.
- Data-Led Approach: Command of "data-led, not data-driven" analysis to drive action.
- M&A Knowledge: Extended experience with agency mergers, integrations, and rebranding.
