Interim Global Tax Manager [FinTech]

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to own tax compliance, working directly with senior stakeholders, and building an understanding of how tax supports a business as it rapidly scales.
THE ROLE WILL;
- Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process for the group's global entities.
- Own the relationship with outsourced tax compliance.
- Support the preparation of US GAAP tax provisions and tax disclosures for statutory accounts and group reporting.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external advisors on compliance queries.
- Ensure tax compliance requirements are in place for new entities and products, liaising with launch owners to embed tax processes from the start.
- Contribute to tax projects across the group, such as transfer pricing documentation.
- Help develop and improve internal tax processes, controls, and reporting as the function matures.
- Stay across tax developments in the group's key jurisdictions and feed these into the team's wider planning.

ABOUT YOU
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent
- 5 years+ relevant tax experience, whether in practice (Big 4 or mid-tier) or a combination of practice and in-house & a strong grounding in corporate tax compliance and reporting, with exposure to international or multi-jurisdictional work.
- Must be willing to get into the detail.
