Interim Group Financial Controller | London | PE Backed Business | £750 - £900pd
JSS Search are currently working with a private equity-backed international business to appoint an Interim Group Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing organisation in a broad leadership role with exposure to senior stakeholders and business-wide transformation initiatives.
Reporting to the CFO, you'll take ownership of the financial control function while supporting the wider finance team's transformation agenda.

- Leading the group financial control function across a multi-entity business
- Managing the month-end and year-end close process
- Overseeing group reporting and statutory accounts
- Leading the annual audit and managing external auditors
- Maintaining a strong financial controls and governance framework
- Overseeing tax and treasury activities
- Managing and developing the finance team
- Supporting finance transformation projects, including process improvements, systems enhancement, and embedding best practice
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to drive continuous improvement

Key Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (ideally Big 4 trained)
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller or Group Financial Controller ideally in PE Backed Environment
- Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and controls experience
- Experience within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Previous private equity-backed experience is highly desirable
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work at pace
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
