Interim Head of Finance – Charity Sector

East Sussex | Hybrid Working

£50,000–£55,000 DOE | Fixed-Term Contract | ASAP Start

We are supporting a well-established charity seeking an Interim Head of Finance to lead the finance function through an exciting period of transformation and improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a fully qualified finance leader with experience of leading teams through change, improving processes, and strengthening finance operations. You’ll take ownership of the finance function, partner with senior stakeholders, and play a key role in enhancing systems, reporting, and ways of working.

We’re looking for:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
  • Previous experience leading a finance function (charity/not-for-profit experience desirable)
  • Strong management accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting experience
  • A hands-on leader with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience delivering change, process improvements, and finance transformation
