Interim Head of FP&A
Location: London
Day Rate: £600–£700 per day (Outside IR35)

A leading multi-site leisure business with revenues of c.£200m is seeking an immediately available Interim Head of FP&A to support the CFO and executive team through a period of growth and performance optimization.
This is a highly visible role offering a blend of strategic finance, commercial partnering, and hands-on leadership within a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
The Role
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across a complex multi-site operation.
- Delivering robust financial insights and KPI reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Driving improvements in FP&A processes, reporting packs and forecasting accuracy.
- Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve business performance and profitability.
- Producing board-level analysis, cash flow forecasts and scenario modelling.
- Managing and developing the FP&A team while enhancing financial controls and reporting disciplines.
- Supporting strategic projects, including pricing analysis, site performance reviews and growth initiatives.

The Candidate
We are looking for:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience leading FP&A functions within a multi-site, consumer, retail, leisure, hospitality or related environment.
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering capability.
- Advanced financial modelling and forecasting experience.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment.
- Previous interim experience and immediate availability are highly desirable.
