Interim Head of FP&A
Private Equity-Backed | TICC Sector | Interim
We're partnering with a PE-backed business in the Testing, Inspection, Certification & Compliance (TICC) sector to appoint an Interim Head of FP&A during an exciting phase of growth.
With an ambitious [buy-and-build] strategy underway, the role requires someone with TICC sector experience and a proven track record supporting private equity-backed businesses through mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and post-acquisition integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FP&A function, driving planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Partner with senior leadership and investors to support strategic decision-making
- Provide financial leadership across acquisitions and integration activity
- Deliver commercial insight to support business growth
