Interim Head of Indirect Tax (6 month FTC) - London (Zone 1) (2 days a week in the office)
A leading UK organisation is seeking a Head of Indirect Tax to lead its indirect tax function and provide strategic advice across a complex business environment. Reporting to the Tax Director, this role offers responsibility for indirect tax strategy, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all indirect tax matters, including VAT, duties, environmental taxes, and levies.
- Ensure robust compliance and effective risk management across UK operations.
- Partner with senior business and finance leaders on major commercial decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with HMRC and external stakeholders.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of tax professionals.
