Interim Head of Performance Marketing (Day Rate - Outside IR35)
We're currently working with a leading PE-Backed Entertainment business in their search for an Interim Head of Performance Marketing. The role will run for an initial 6 month period and will be carried out on a hybrid working basis from the London Office.
Role Overview
The Head of Performance owns all paid digital channels. Responsible for CAC, yield protection, and pacing across all events, working in close partnership with the Marketing Director to plan, allocate, and dynamically optimise performance spend in line with the broader marketing strategy.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Have deep, hands-on expertise across paid digital channels, particularly: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Paid Social
- Must know the advertising platforms inside out and be able to challenge agencies and internal teams rather than simply manage them
- Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, measurement and customer acquisition optimisation
- Be available at short notice
- Have experience working in live events / adjacent industries
