Scope of Role

We are looking for an Interim HR Administrator, to support the People team through a recent acquisition. You will work on a mix of HR operational tasks whilst working with other areas of people team, including Talent and Payroll. This is a contractor role for 3 months based in London, working 3 days per week in the office.

As Interim HR Administrator, you will:

  • Cleanse and validate HR and personnel data from the acquired entity, working in French and English
  • Review, organise and scan legacy personnel files from the French office
  • Execute the full transfer of personnel files from Dropbox to SharePoint in line with the Group's integration data governance standards
  • Support data integrity checks to ensure records meet Group compliance requirements on completion
  • Work with the wider People team on projects related to the integration and assist where necessary.

You will have:

  • Experience handling HR/personnel records in a business environment and handling sensitive data.
  • Experience with business level French language.
  • Comfortable with SharePoint, Dropbox and document management workflows.
  • Comfortable with HR systems, running reports and keeping up to date.
  • Discreet, organised, and able to work to defined project milestones.
  • Ability to travel to France a couple of days a month.
