Ashley Kate are pleased to be supporting our client with the search for an HR Advisor to join them on a fixed term contract for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Full time - 37 hours per week
Salary - £31,110 per annum
Location - Harrogate (Hybrid Working Available)
Reporting to the Head of People, this is a varied HR Advisor role supporting managers across the organisation with employee relations matters, HR policies and procedures, recruitment and onboarding activities.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a HR Advisor position, strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing employee relations casework. You will be comfortable providing practical HR advice, building strong working relationships with managers and supporting a broad range of people-related activities.

The role is based at the Harrogate Head Office, with opportunities for hybrid working. Occasional travel to other offices may be required, therefore a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
