This is a fully remote HR Coordinator opportunity for an organised and proactive HR professional who enjoys supporting the full employee lifecycle. The role offers a rolling contract and would suit someone with strong attention to detail, initiative, and a curious mindset.

Client Details

Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to support a busy People function. This role sits within a collaborative team environment where initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement are encouraged.

Description

  • Provide HR administration support across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, offer administration, and onboarding.
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Draft employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation.
  • Support managers and employees with HR queries and policy guidance.
  • Process employee changes including starters, leavers, and contractual amendments.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration where required.
  • Ensure HR processes remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

Profile

A successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator position.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A naturally curious mindset with a desire to learn and improve processes.
  • Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • CIPD qualification or studies would be advantageous but not essential.
