Role Description
We are recruiting for an experienced Interim HR pro to join a business on a high-profile organisational change project. This role will suit someone who thrives in complex ER environments and has experience supporting managers through significant contractual change.

- Worked with an hourly paid workforce - private or public sector

- Collective consultation
- Changes to terms and conditions of employment
- Contract variations and issuing variation letters
- Coaching managers through sensitive ER matters
- Employment law and organisational change
- Working independently within a busy HR team

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid working - based in London two days per week, with regular travel to sites. All sites are accessible via public transport.
