We are currently looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join a global leading retail organisation for what will be an initial six-month contract.

This role will play a key part in supporting TA leadership and Oracle Product and technology teams to translate requirements into clear, structured documentation that allow for technical teams to design and build solutions within Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate business requirements from TA stakeholders into clear technical documentation for the P&T development team
  • Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams throughout the design and build process
  • Contribute to shaping UAT test scripts and approaches ahead of go-live
  • Document post-implementation technical processes, system configuration, and ways of working
  • Support delivery across multiple concurrent Oracle recruitment work packages

Key Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience working with Oracle (essential)
  • Strong Business Analyst background, with experience translating business requirements into technical documentation
  • Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical development teams
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud / Oracle Recruitment modules is a strong advantage
