Interim HR Business Partner
£60,000 - £75,000 pro rata

At Another we are looking for a Interim HR Business Partner to work within an established organisation on a short term contract. Reporting into the People Director, you will execute ongoing strategic initiatives alongside day to day operational people partnering.

The Role

  • Supporting the HR Director to implement the People Strategy through actionable operational plans, supporting the site these will need to align daily functions with long-term objectives.
  • Being the on-site people partner for all HR related issues, managing own administration
  • Keeping up to date with new HR UK employment legislation developments, updating policies and communicating with stakeholders accordingly
  • Develop and implement workforce data and insights to drive improved and proactive decision making in collaboration with the HR Director
  • Prepare regular HR management information reports for presentation to senior leadership.
  • Partner with managers and key stakeholders, offering expert guidance on escalated employee relations, performance evaluations, absence management, and organisational restructuring.
  • Proactively identify and support HR compliance and controls, mitigating risk.
  • Support initiatives for organisational change, including workforce planning, leadership development, succession, restructuring, and cultural development programs.
  • Enhance employee experience, fostering high levels of engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Providing ongoing workforce planning, talent and recruitment support on site
  • Support initiatives for learning and development business wide, including ongoing coaching and leadership development learning initiatives
  • Partner with center of excellence teams

  • Ideally level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent
  • Extensive experience or working as a broad generalist in a senior HR professional role, ideally gained in an FMCG or engineering environment.
  • Strong experience of managing HRIS systems data
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and a background of managing complex ER cases
  • Has a background of managing change projects; restructuring, TUPE, cultural change
  • Experience of working within a complex and ambiguous business environment
  • Effective coaching and developing experience with stakeholders
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
