πŸ‘₯ The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading organisation within the space sector during a period of significant growth and transformation.

Working closely with the UK HR Director, you'll support a growing UK workforce while partnering with leaders across the business to deliver both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operational support.

This is a broad and varied role, offering the opportunity to influence key people initiatives, drive continuous improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of the HR function.

The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing business partnering, employee relations, policy development and project delivery within a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

🧠 What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can quickly establish credibility, build strong stakeholder relationships and operate confidently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Previous experience within engineering, aerospace, defence, manufacturing or another highly regulated technical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and Employee Relations.
  • Proven experience delivering HR projects and supporting organisational change.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
  • The ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with operational business partnering.
  • A CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification.
