Office Based (Solihull) | 3 Days per Week (or 4 Shorter Days) | Immediate Start
We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established medium-sized UK organisation based near the NEC, for an experienced Interim HR Manager to join their team on a 3-month contract.
Reporting to the Managing Director and managing one HR team member, you'll play a key role in supporting the business across two offices and multiple locations.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for an HR professional with strong Employee Relations experience who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex Employee Relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers.
- Deliver manager training on upcoming Employment Rights Act changes.
- Create a practical HR Toolbox with policies, templates and manager guidance.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure employment law compliance.
- Manage and support one HR team member.
About You
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner.
- Extensive Employee Relations experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and upcoming legislative changes.
- Experience delivering manager training.
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
- Available to start immediately.
