MLA is working on an exciting interim opportunity with a VC-backed technology company that sits at the intersection of fitness, connected hardware, software, and digital experiences. With a passionate global user base and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for a Legal Counsel to step into a highly visible role.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead all legal and compliance matters across a fast-paced international business
  • Act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership, reporting directly into the Chief of Staff and working closely with the CEO
  • Own a broad remit covering commercial contracts, hardware products, technology, IP, employment, compliance, governance, and strategic projects
  • Support product development, supply chain, manufacturing, partnerships, and international expansion initiatives

  • England & Wales qualified (or equivalent)
  • Ideally 7+ PQE with strong in-house experience
  • Background supporting technology, consumer products, hardware, connected devices, or high-growth businesses
  • Commercial, pragmatic, responsive, and happy to roll up your sleeves
  • Remote within the UK.
