Interim M&A Director
Location: London
Day Rate: £1200
Contract: 6 Months

Finatal are working with an OP Partner that from a US Private Equity House that needs an M&A Director for a software portfolio company. We are looking for someone to set up the M&A function from scratch for a new buy and build platform, from building the pipeline of targets, screening, deal execution/structuring through to integration and linking back to the equity story. You will be the first hire in M&A and you will work closely with the C-suite on a series of bolt-ons. You’ll be based in London with some international travel required.
