About the Role
Draycote Hotel are now seeking an experienced, professional Interim 'Hospitality' Marketing Manager with a minimum 3-years hotel, hospitality, conference & events marketing experience in a prestige conference, events, meetings, weddings, hotel venue working with a busy hotel and event sales team and delivering outstanding marketing solutions to support exceptional sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales throughout the business in the hotel – accommodation, conference & events, food & beverage, weddings and meetings, and in Whitefields Golf Club through the planning, organisation and implementation of all strategic marketing and promotional activities and across all platforms including website, social media, e-marketing, networking, venue listings and industry associations.
- Undertake all marketing activities in support of the sales function and in fulfillment of the marketing plans and objectives & support the design and development of content for marketing material.
- Manage and implement all digital and e-marketing strategies and activities through the adoption of best practice and continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop the websites through the WordPress content management system and undertake all social media activity appropriately to support the promotion and growth of the business.
- Design and produce all marketing material, posters, flyers and other collateral in accordance with the marketing plans and activities undertaking business development, sales and marketing and promotional activities; driving wedding bookings and managing delivery.
- Assist the General Manager and directors in producing annual sales and marketing plans and planning out marketing activities.

Requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Well-presented
- Excellent knowledge of marketing within the regional hotel and MICE industries, conference and events delivery, weddings, F&B services, and hospitality
- Demonstrate how you have contributed through the delivery of effective marketing plans and activities to increasing sales and enquiry levels, hotel occupancy growth, hospitality and C&E and Wedding sales
- Knowledge of venue quality accreditation, sustainability and quality standards would also be advantageous as would experience of golf clubs and club membership.

Position Details
- Part-time, office-based only with flexible 24 hours per week either 3 days per week or half days, Monday to Friday.
- Salary is £32,000.00 pa (Pro-rata - £19,200.00).
