£500/day | Inside IR35 | Hybrid (London 2 days/week)
I'm working with a leading UK charity looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM leader to join on an interim basis.
This is a genuine leadership opportunity, taking ownership of a recently implemented Dynamics 365 platform whilst leading an established CRM and Supporter Services team through the next phase of its journey.

- Role Responsibilities:
- Driving user adoption
- Strengthening governance
- Developing the team
- Managing key suppliers
- Ensuring the CRM delivers real value across the organisation
Requirements:
- Deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience
- Successfully led and developed a CRM or technology team of 3+ people
- Delivered or overseen a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, including post-go-live embedding and user adoption
- Strong stakeholder, supplier and people leadership skills

📍 Hybrid – London (2 days per week)
💰 £500/day | Inside IR35
