Interim ADP Payroll Specialist
London (Hybrid)
£200–£250 per day DOE
Are you an experienced ADP Payroll Specialist looking for your next interim assignment? I'm partnering with a well-established global organisation seeking an experienced payroll professional with strong ADP payroll system expertise to support a busy payroll function during a key period.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can quickly integrate into the team and confidently manage end-to-end UK payroll using ADP.

- Processing end-to-end monthly UK payroll using ADP
- Ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant and delivered to strict deadlines
- Managing PAYE, National Insurance, RTI submissions and HMRC compliance
- Payroll reconciliations, month-end reporting and audit support
- Maintaining employee payroll data across salaried, hourly and variable-paid employees
- Resolving payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders
- Supporting payroll process improvements and ensuring best practice controls
- Review and document existing payroll processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement a Payroll Best Practice Process Manual.
- Standardise payroll procedures and strengthen controls across the function.
- Roll out the new payroll processes, providing guidance and training to key stakeholders.
