Interim People Coordinator
People Coordinator - 3-Month FTC
Salary: £27,000 Location: Brasted (2 days per week) Hours: 37 per week

About the Role
We're seeking an organised and proactive People Coordinator to join our dynamic People team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC). This opportunity suits someone with HR administration or coordination experience, who enjoys managing employee lifecycle processes and delivering first-class HR support. There is considerable potential for role extension, though this is not guaranteed.
You will be responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including:
- Onboarding processes
- Contract administration
- Payroll changes
- HR systems navigation and maintenance
- First-line advice on company policies
- Stage 1 sickness absence procedures

Additionally, you’ll work closely with managers to ensure high-quality HR service delivery while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and effectively managing multiple priorities.
Core Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- Prior HR administration or People Coordinator experience
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle stages, particularly onboarding
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Sharp attention to detail, especially under pressure
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), preferably iTrent or similar
