Here at Halton Housing, we are looking for a driven and collaborative Interim Project Coordinator to work across our vibrant organisation.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
Duration: Fixed Term (Up to 6 months)
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain key project documentation (including Project Plan, RAID log, Stakeholder and Communications Plans).
- Manage project delivery activities including milestones, scope, resources, risks, issues and change control.
- Organise and lead project and stakeholder meetings and events.
- Monitor and report on project dependencies, working closely with the Programme Manager.
- Produce regular project status reports to support informed decision-making.
- Track resource allocation against delivery milestones, escalating any issues as needed.
- Support project closure, capturing and sharing lessons learned and best practice.

What You’ll Need
- Demonstrable ability in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues and dependencies
- Ability to develop relationships and trust across service areas
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and oral communication skills utilising MS 365 facilities
- Organised and methodical and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrable ability to problem solve and / or escalate where necessary
