Interim Quality Practitioner | 3–6 Month Contract | Weymouth
We are looking for an Interim Quality Practitioner to support a key quality improvement programme and help prepare the business for an upcoming certification audit. This is an urgent requirement, with an immediate start available for an initial 3–6 month contract based 100% on-site in Weymouth.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider business to:
- Review and improve the existing Change Management process
- Carry out gap analysis
- Implement effective quality improvements
- Plan and lead internal audits
- Ensure documentation and quality systems are fully audit-ready
- Drive corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement activities across the organisation

A key part of the assignment will involve:
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Providing guidance and training on quality processes
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 requirements
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence teams within a regulated manufacturing environment are essential.
