Interim Group Quality Manager
North of England - Hybrid – Multisite
3–6 Month FTC
Elevation recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing group seeking an experienced Interim Group Quality Manager to provide leadership, stability, and direction across multiple UK sites.
This role is ideal for a proven quality professional who can step in quickly and drive immediate, measurable improvements.
The Role
As Interim Group Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation’s quality strategy across multiple manufacturing facilities. You’ll ensure consistent standards, strengthen compliance, and embed best practice while supporting site teams through change. This is a hands-on, visible role requiring someone who can balance strategic oversight with operational engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate quality activities across multiple manufacturing sites
- Assess current systems, processes, and performance, identifying gaps and opportunities
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to stabilise and improve quality outcomes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
- Provide coaching and guidance to site quality teams
- Act as the senior point of contact for quality matters, engaging with internal and external stakeholders

About You
- Strong background in manufacturing quality management, ideally in multi-site environments
- Able to deliver rapid impact, with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Confident communicator who can influence at all levels
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving settings
- Available at short notice and ready to hit the ground running
