Interim Revenue Operations Manager

3-month contract

£400-£550/day

Hybrid - near Bradford

Working with a SaaS software business, this role sits across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and wider commercial teams. You'd be joining on an interim basis while they hire for the role permanently.

They need someone who can help keep the revenue engine working properly across:

  • CRM ownership
  • Revenue reporting
  • Pipeline visibility
  • KPI dashboards
  • Sales workflows
  • Data quality
  • Forecasting support
  • Commercial handovers

Basically, the stuff that stops businesses making important revenue decisions based on vibes, heroic assumptions, and a spreadsheet called “Pipeline FINAL v3 USE THIS ONE”.

You’ll be working closely with the CRO and senior commercial stakeholders, making sure the business has accurate data, clear reporting, and sensible processes across the revenue journey.

They’re looking for someone who has done RevOps, Sales Ops, or Commercial Ops in a SaaS/software business before.

HubSpot experience would be useful.

Being able to get stuck in quickly would be more useful.

This is not a pure CRM admin role.

It’s also not a role for someone who wants to spend three months producing a 48-slide strategy deck while everyone else quietly forgets why they hired them.

We need someone practical, commercially aware, and comfortable stepping into an interim assignment where you need to be adding value fairly quickly.
