Are you an experienced Reward professional looking for an interim opportunity?

We’re looking for an Interim Reward Projects Manager to join our HR team on a fixed-term basis (applications for part time hours will be considered). This role is designed to provide expert reward leadership and continuity during a period of extended absence, ensuring that key reward projects and annual compensation activities continue to be delivered successfully.

Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you’ll lead critical reward initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders across the business, and provide expert guidance on compensation strategy, governance and market competitiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward specialist who enjoys combining strategic project delivery with hands-on execution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and delivering reward and compensation projects, ensuring timelines, governance and deliverables are achieved
  • Reviewing existing project plans and identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting the design, implementation and communication of reward initiatives
  • Partnering with HR, Finance and business leaders to align reward programmes with business objectives
  • Providing expert advice on compensation policies, salary positioning and market competitiveness
  • Managing job evaluation, grading and benchmarking activities
  • Reviewing and advising on compensation proposals, promotions, new hires and retention cases
  • Analysing reward data and producing insights to support business decision-making
  • Ensuring reward activities comply with internal policies and relevant legislation
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders and presenting recommendations to senior leadership

We're looking for someone who brings extensive reward expertise and can quickly establish credibility across the organisation.

You'll Have

  • Significant experience in Compensation, Reward or Total Rewards roles
  • Proven experience leading reward-related projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to interpret complex data
  • Experience of salary benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

It Would Be Advantageous If You Also Have

  • Experience working within a multinational or global organisation
  • Knowledge of incentive and bonus plan administration
  • Experience using HRIS and reward management platforms

Contract details

  • Fixed-Term Contract: 4–6 months
  • Immediate start preferred
  • Part-time applications will be considered
  • Hybrid working arrangement available for the right candidate
