SENCO Opportunity at Devon Primary School
Panoramic Associates is seeking an experienced SENCO to join a stable and inclusive primary school on a temporary basis from September to December 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to lead and coordinate SEN across a primary school with a recent positive Ofsted report. The role is available on either a 4 or 5 day per week basis, depending on the successful candidate's availability.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SEND provision across a primary school school (not including the additional resource unit)
- Oversee EHCPs, annual reviews and statutory processes.
- Work closely with pupils, families, staff and external agencies.
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality inclusive practice.
- Monitor the progress of pupils with SEND and ensure effective interventions are in place.
- Contribute to the strategic development of inclusion within the school.

The school is based in Devon, and they require the SENCo to be on-site 4 or 5 days per week. Paid on a day rate in a secure contract.
