An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Clerk to join a specialist business operating within the renewable energy and environmental technology sector. This innovative organisation is experiencing a period of growth and requires temporary support to assist with a backlog of invoices and ensure supplier payments are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for a high volume of supplier invoices
- Processing and coding invoices accurately within NetSuite
- Matching purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes
- Investigating and resolving supplier queries and invoice discrepancies
- Monitoring supplier statements and reconciling accounts
- Preparing and processing weekly payment runs
- Supporting month-end activities, including accruals and reporting
- Assisting with process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal controls
- Liaising with procurement, operations, and finance teams to resolve issues promptly

About You
- Previous experience in a Senior Accounts Payable or Accounts Payable Supervisor position
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite is essential
- Comfortable managing large invoice volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
