Finance Team – Order-to-Cash & Collections Manager (On Property & Corporate, HAFS)
Our Finance team serves as a critical business partner, responsible for driving financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management across global operations. Hilton Accounting and Finance Services (HAFS) oversees accounting and finance functions—both on-property and corporate—to optimise scalable, cross-functional processes.
As part of our Centres of Excellence, this role offers growth opportunities and the ability to elevate work to strategic, high-value contributions for Finance and Accounting teams.
What Will You Be Doing?
Under the guidance of the Team Leader Corporate Collections OTC, you’ll drive the delivery of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes against SLAs, ensuring Hilton’s Centre of Excellence delivers a seamless, efficient, customer-focused experience that maximises output without compromising service quality. Effective process improvement and innovation are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader, suggesting best-fit delivery solutions for Hilton’s progressive OTC service.
- Support daily operations, coordinate cross-functional coordination, and develop team members while representing the function to the broader business as needed.
Essential Functions (In-Depth)
Cash & Collections
- Liaise with key customers and stakeholders to enforce cash-collection protocols under OTC processes.
- Streamline internal and external international fee credit and collections activities to meet monthly targets.
- Accurately update customer account statuses in systems, ensuring full transparency at all times.
Process Improvement & Support
- Contribute to refining OTC workflows, helping analysts optimise tasks and reduce inefficiencies.
- Monitor and resolve amendments, allocations, and payment discrepancies (e.g., OA overlaps and unallocated cash).
- Coordinate the monthly customer communications process alongside the Team Leader.

Financial & Reporting Analysis
- Prepare metrics/dashboards highlighting team performance and driving business-wide improvements.
- Assist with the collection of data/reports for Debt Committees and executive meetings, including:
- Franchise Support
- Brand Performance Support (BPS)
- Owner Relations/Owner Support leadership
Project & Process Evolution
- Analyze and improve process effectiveness, supporting analysts in executing suggestions for automation or scalability.
- Participate in Hilton audits, ensuring timely compliance with documentation and controls.
Risk Management & Escalation
- Flag past-due or overdue accounts to the leadership team for strategic recovery responses.
- Investigate and resolve disputes, collaborating with global teams, to meet timeline SLAs.
Additional Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison for customer relationships, resolving concerns and escalating systemic issues.
- Develop and train analysts by applying your experiences.
- Maintain data confidentiality while aligning documentation with Hilton standards.
Experience & Skills
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma (or GED equivalent).
- Experience in accounts receivable, debt collections, or related finance functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data handling and reporting.
- Willingness to modulate work schedules to align with referenced regions’ needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Past supervisory or management experience (equivalent to sponsorship/lead roles).
