Brand Marketing Manager (Senior) – DofE (The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award)

We’re looking for an exceptional brand marketing manager to take on a critical role at the DofE, leading our exciting new strategy—World Ready.

You’ll drive the growth of one of the UK’s most beloved charities by developing a fresh brand strategy, forging values-led partnerships, and shaping our brand to meet audience needs and aspirations. Your focus will be on executing integrated campaigns to boost the DofE’s reach, influence, and income while championing the audience in every decision. Data will be essential to guiding your strategic approach.

About the Role

As a key member of the Engagement leadership team, you’ll oversee brand marketing activities aligned with strategic objectives, leading a small team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the brand guardian, shaping propositions, products, and propositions
  • Developing and delivering creative and impactful marketing strategies to grow participation and fundraising
  • Collaborating across internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
  • Providing strategic counsel to build a stronger brand marketing approach
  • Managing a team of 2+ people, driving campaign execution and performance

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (starting July/August 2026) where the current manager focuses on a dedicated strategic project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
