Interim Senior Finance Business Partner | Hospitality
Location: London
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3-4 days per week)
Salary: £80,000-£85,000
Contract Duration: 6-Month FTC with Potential to Extend
We're partnering with a market-leading entertainment and hospitality business to appoint an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner on an initial six-month contract.
Operating across a portfolio of high-profile venues and customer-facing operations, our client is undergoing an exciting period of commercial growth and transformation. As they continue to invest in new initiatives designed to drive revenue and profitability, they are seeking a commercially astute finance professional to partner closely with senior leadership and help shape key business decisions.
This is a highly visible role offering direct exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to influence the commercial performance of a significant hospitality operation.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders, providing financial insight, challenge and support across a diverse hospitality and retail environment.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working at pace, analysing complex data sets, modelling commercial opportunities and presenting clear recommendations that drive decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering senior commercial stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Delivering detailed analysis across hospitality, food & beverage and venue performance
- Assessing profitability, margin enhancement opportunities and commercial initiatives
- Building robust financial models and scenario planning to support investment decisions
- Translating financial insights into clear and actionable recommendations
- Supporting wider transformation and change programmes across the business
- Championing best practice commercial finance and business partnering
About You
We're looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner with a strong track record of supporting commercial teams within retail, hospitality or other customer-focused environments.
You will be naturally curious, highly analytical and confident influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Essential Requirements
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in a Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering role
- Strong retail and/or hospitality sector experience
- Demonstrable experience driving commercial performance through insight and analysis
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

Highly Desirable
- Experience within private equity-backed, high-growth or matrix organisations
- Background within hospitality, leisure, retail, consumer or multi-site operations
- Experience presenting to senior leadership teams
- Exposure to D365 and/or TM1 Planning Analytics
- Familiarity with AI-powered analytical tools and technologies
