Interim Senior Financial Analyst
Senior Financial Analyst – Oracle EPM Transformation Programme
About the Organisation
A large, complex and forward-thinking organisation seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support its major finance transformation programme. With a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, this role will drive data-driven decision-making through the implementation of a new enterprise performance management (EPM) system.
The Role
- Play a key role in designing, building, testing, and implementing a new Oracle EPM solution
- Provide high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organisation
- Work with large, complex financial datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting
- Collaborate with both finance and non-finance stakeholders to:
- Gather requirement needs
- Translate them into system and reporting solutions
- Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting users and resolving system or reporting issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of:
- Finance processes
- Controls
- Reporting capabilities
- Support project delivery through:
- Testing
- Validation
- Post-implementation support activities
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners

Key Requirements
- Qalifed accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or equivalent experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable expertise in financial data, reporting, and analysis within a complex organisational environment
- Proven experience on finance systems or transformation projects, including:
- EPM
- ERP
- Planning tools
- Strong understanding of finance processes, controls, and accounting principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to:
- Influence
- Challenge
- Engage effectively across the business
- Confidence in interpreting complex data and translating it into clear, actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, with a proactive and resilient approach
