Interim Senior FP&A Analyst | Luxury Consumer Product Brand | London

The Client

A globally loved luxury consumer product brand with a long-established heritage, known for distinctive, design-led products that have built a devoted following across every major market. The business continues to grow internationally across wholesale and e-commerce channels and is looking to strengthen its finance function with an experienced interim professional to support the team during a busy period.

The Role

This is an initial 3-month interim assignment joining the UK Finance team to provide additional support across budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting during a key period for the business. Working closely with the Global FP&A team, Financial Accounting team and budget holders, you will deliver accurate financial insights that inform strategic decision-making.

From day one, you'll be expected to hit the ground running, partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial financial guidance, support planning cycles and help drive informed business decisions. This is a hands-on business partnering role, ideal for an experienced FP&A professional who can quickly add value in a fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
