Interim Senior HR Business Partner
A charity based in London with hybrid working is seeking an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to join for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). The role will focus on developing the HR Business Partnering team, creating a high-performing team, and supporting the organization through a period of modernization.

Description
An Interim Senior HR Business Partner to:
- Line manage 3 HRBPs to coach and develop them to operate in a more proactive and strategic partnering model.
- Develop a successful partnering model and embed key metrics and performance measures.
- Support in delivering the organization's people strategy.
- Support the organization through a period of modernization.
- Provide HR Partnering support to your client group to ensure workforce needs are met and drive cultural transformation.
- Support with creating stability to the HR Partners and develop a high-performing culture.
- Support managers in how to utilize data to inform decisions.
- Support with embedding a new reward framework.
- Provide support with complex ER casework.
- Be a true partner to your client group and support with change management and embedding new ways of working.

An Interim Senior HR Business Partner with:
- Experience working in the public (NHS, Gov, Council), NFP, or Media space.
- Able to start with a 1 or 2-week notice.
- Strong Senior HR Partnering experience and experience of developing HRBP teams.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Comfortable working with workforce data.
Job Offer
- Position: Interim Senior HR Business Partner
- Contract: 9-month FTC
- Start Date: Within a week or two
- Location: London-based with 3 days a week in the office
- Salary: £60-70,000 per annum
